A virtual OT assessment is delivered by secure video. We review how you manage at home, identify safety risks and provide clinically led guidance on equipment, transfers, falls prevention and home adaptations.

Prefer an In-Person Home Visit?
Home visits are a separate service for clients who need an in-person functional assessment, equipment trials, measurements, or a detailed review of transfers and the home environment. Availability is confirmed after you contact us.
