Equipment Recommendations May Include:

Bathroom: bath boards, bath lifts, swivel bathers & specialist shower chairs
Toilet: raised seats, frames & rails
Seating: sofa raisers, rise and recline chairs & specialist seating if clinically required
Bed: bed levers, pillow lifters & profiling beds if clinically required
Manual handling: stand aids, stand hoists & mobile hoists

Major Adaptations (Clinically Justified Only):

Wheelchair access: ramps, step lifts and external stair lifts
Stairs: Additional rails, stair lifts & through-floor lifts if clinically required
Bathroom: wash-dry toilets, U door baths, level access showers & wet room adaptations
Manual handling systems: ceiling track hoists
