Rise & Recliner

A rise and recliner chair is designed to help individuals sit down and stand up safely while providing comfortable support throughout the day. Using an electric motor, the chair gently raises the user into a standing position and reclines into a range of positions for relaxation, pressure relief and improved comfort.

Rise and recliner chairs are suitable for people with reduced mobility, arthritis, neurological conditions, muscle weakness or anyone who finds transferring from a standard chair difficult. Available in single, dual and specialist tilt-in-space configurations, they can be tailored to meet individual clinical needs and promote safe, independent transfers.

Following an independent Occupational Therapy assessment, Adapt OT can determine whether a rise and recliner chair is the most appropriate seating solution, ensuring it provides the correct seat height, support, positioning and functionality for your individual needs.
